I made some really horrible humus the other day. If I’d thrown it out on the garden, if we had a garden that is, not even the birds would of been foolish enough to touch it. However, the quality of the humus may of had something to do with me not using any recipe whatsoever, and just throwing stuff together in the blender! lol
On the other hand, the week before, I made a rather good “Una Pizza Rustica”—I did however carefully follow a recipe for this one! They say a picture is a thousand words, so here’s three thousand 
I should of also taken a picture of it with a slice cut out in retrospect, oh well…
width="440" height="334" alt=""/>—Spinach, Garlic, Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Prosciutto & Spicy Sausage from the local Organic Butchery (no nasty chemicals in this meat!).
—Ricotta, Mozzarella, Parmesan and the cooked sausage and spinach.
—The final product! Ha un aspetto troppo bello per essere mangiato! lol.
